Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party you nominate, receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and go to your Orders page at https://shopify.com/104961179988/account to submit a return or cancellation request. We will send you an acknowledgement of your request without delay.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. We will issue a full refund, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
  • Digital content once downloads or streaming has begun, where you have given prior consent

General Returns (All Customers)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, visit your account orders page at https://shopify.com/104961179988/account.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
