Shipping Policy (UK & Europe)

Effective Date: 6 July 2026 Applies to: All orders delivered within the United Kingdom, European Union, and EEA countries.

Shipping is handled by our fulfilment partners. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, seasonal sales), processing may extend to 3–4 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and UPS.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Next‑Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri)

European Union & EEA

  • Standard International: 4–15 business days

  • Tracked International: 3–7 business days

  • Express International: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £[X].

  • Free EU delivery on orders over €[X].

  • Express options are charged at carrier rates.

4. Order Tracking

  • All orders receive a tracking number once dispatched.

  • Tracking links become active within 12–24 hours.

  • If tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, contact us at [support email].

5. Customs, Duties & VAT (EU Customers)

  • Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees depending on local regulations.

  • These charges are not included in product prices unless stated otherwise.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.

6. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails, carriers may leave a card, attempt redelivery, or hold the parcel at a local depot.

  • Unclaimed parcels returned to us can be resent; additional shipping fees may apply.

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and items.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our returns policy.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for certain carriers)
